Keeping your site up to date

At A1 IT Web Design, we understand that building and maintaining websites is not what your business is about, or that you may simple not have the resources to spare to keep the website up to date. We also recognise that Computers are not everyone's cup of tea.

What may be a simple 5 minute task for us, may be 30 minutes for you. that is why we offer manageable monthly maintenance packages for customers who don't want the hassle of updating the website. With prices starting at just £20 per month, we can manage your website for you, making all the necessary changes, so you don't have to make time to deal with the website.

Our maintenance packages are based on the volume and frequency of your required changes. Once we understand your requirements we will give you a free quote for a fixed monthly payment for maintaining your site. We log the activities of all our maintenance work, and hold quarterly reviews with all of our customers.

What do the maintenance packages include?

Our maintenance packages can include whatever you need. Whether it is managing and administering the site including web and email domain management, or simple content modification (e.g. Special Offers and Promotions or price changes), we can take care of the web side of your business so you can focus on your main business.

In addition to content maintenance we have a Search Engine Optimisation service to help keep your web site at the top of the search engine rankings.

 

What if I don't use the maintenance time I have paid for?

Because we log all of the time we have spent maintaining your site, during the quarterly reviews we can discuss what to do, if you haven't needed all the time you paid for. You can choose from any of the options below that best suit your needs:

1. Unused maintenance time can be 'banked' against future enhancements or re-design activities
2. You can suspend payments until you have used your paid for maintenance time
3. You can reduce payments to a level inline with the time you are using
4. We can refund the payments associated with un-used maintenance time.
