Because, we believe our combination of ability, quality and cost, will easily convince you that we are the right web design company for you, our first one hour consultation is free. It doesn't matter if you want to hold it over the phone, at our site, or yours, we won't start charging you, until you've agreed to buy our solutions.

During your free consultation, we can discuss your requirements at a high level, so that we can advise on the following key elements:

• The internet Domain(s) you want to have
• The style of site you want (e.g. Informational, Static or Dynamic)
• What type of Web Solution would best suit your business (Clean Cut HTML, data driven or e-Commerce)
• What Add-On Services you are interested in (Maintenance, SEO, of Content Management)

Having understood your requirements, we'll give you an initial estimate of the cost of the various options open to you, and leave you in peace, with no obligation to buy our services.

Post Consultation & Quotations

After the consultation, we will put together written quotations for the options you showed interest in. All of our quotes are valid for thirty days from the date we create them. And then we will leave you in peace to make your decision. If we don't hear from you, we will contact you just before the quotation expires, as we know that sometimes quotation deadlines can be forgotten, but if you don't want to use our services, we will then leave you in peace. We won't try and pressure you in to a purchase, and you won't hear from us again.

Free Web Review

For potential customers with an existing site, we will also perform a free web review worth £60 on your current site. We'll analyse your site for accessibility, usability and platform / browser support (PCs and mobile phones) as well as your natural Search Engine Rankings for typical searches your customers would use to find you.

We compile the review into an email report containing information on your site's current state, and recommendations for enhancements you could make to improve your site as well of which of our products might be able to assist you.

But, because we have confidence in our products, the information in the report would allow you to go back to your previous or current web design company to get their opinion and prices on our recommendations. Just like the free consultation we will follow up after thirty days, to find out if you are interested in our services, but if not, will again leave you in peace.
